RAW Files [Unable to open 1D X Mark II Raw files in LR 5.7.1]

Hi I am having trouble getting my 1D X Mark II to read my RAW files on my Lightroom program. I have updated the lasts version and have downloaded the Adobe DNG converter, have reinstalled the program and I also have rang computer tech support and NO ONE CAN HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!! I NEED HELP ASAP!! THANK YOU

    As already mentioned by Jim, with LR 5.7.1 you can not import these RAW directly since this camera is newer than LR 5.7.1

    You need to either upgrade to LR6 (not free, about 80$), subscribe for the photography plan and get LR CC (and more) or use the free DNG converter to convert your RAW to DNG and you can then import these into LR 5.7.1.

    What is the EXACT version of Lightroom installed on your computer? A lot of users think they have the very latest, but they don't. You need at least Lightroom 6.5 or Lightroom CC 2015.5 to have support for that camera model.

    The version I have of light room is 5.7.1 64 bit
