re-downloading previously purchased adobe

My computer crashed and I am trying to re establish all of my adobe software. Is it possible to re-download photoshop, lightroom, etc if i have the serial numbers? and if so, HOW?!?!?  (keep in mind, i am NOT computer savvy AT ALL!)

    I have been sick for few years.  I don't want to purchase the monthly plan.  I just want to download my license...
