Are you using Lightroom or Lightroom Classic?

I recommend starting from an Album (Lr) or Collection (LrC). Leave Lightroom open in the background when you work in Photoshop. Don't close Lightroom until the new edited image shows up there.

    Hi,

     

    I am using lightroom classic with a catalogue LRCat, I always keep lightroom open on the background, the issue is that the picture is never showing up in Lightroom after the save from photoshop, but the tif file is well created in the same folder as the initial picture

    You posted this in the forum for Lightroom. I will move it to Lightroom Classic in case someone there has a different answer.

    I always put an image in a collection before I start. I send it to Photoshop for more edits from the Collection. I never have a problem with the edited image getting imported back into Lightroom Classic when I work this way.
