Recortar en modo pantalla completa (F)

Hola, alguien sabe por que cuando estas en modo pantalla completa (tecla F) si le doy a la R para recortar, no puedo hacerlo? Es muy molesto... necesito poder editar en modo pantalla completa pero con la posiblidad de recordar, enderezar etc...

    What software are you using? what version NUMBER? What operating system version NUMBER? (We need the version NUMBER and not words like "current" or "up-to-date".
