Red and Blues in Light and Dark areas?

Hello everyone, this maybe an easy question to answer as I am new here. However the issue that I am having is that when I am importing photos, lighter areas are "burned" with red and vice versa with darks and blue. Can anyone assist with what is going on here and how to correct this? It only occurs under the Develop tab, not the Library tab. I included an example at the bottom. You can notice it on the shirts mostly, this generally occurs in the sky, however this time it just occurred on shirts. There is not an example of blue is this photo, however I can provide if needed.

This is an indication that highlights or shadows are being clipped (over/under exposed to pure white/black).

You can toggle this behavior on and off by pressing the letter "J" on the keyboard, or by the menu choice:

    View > Show Clipping

You can also toggle the behavior by clicking the triangles in the corner of the histogram - they will have a white outline when the clipping warning is turned on. Click to toggle.

Also, you can temporarily show clipping just by hovering over the triangles.
