red spots in the images

I'm from Brazil and i don't know very well english.

When i start the Lightroom, that was'nt happening (in the image), but i think i press a button or i don't pay attention in something that i do, and that thing happen, when there's a part of the image that haves so much light it makes a red spot up that part. Please help me to solve that problem!
