Purchased Light room at a box store. Followed the instructions to redeem the serial number but always

get the following message. 

The code you entered is invalid. Please try again.  

Tried again, again, again, and again without success.

Is there a number I can call to get more help?

    Where exactly did you purchase LR. Was it from a Authorized reseller? You can only use a Redemption code once to get a valid serial number. Once that code is used it becomes invalid. So maybe what you bought was used before or a copy branded as the real thing.

    Or simply you aren't entering the correct code.
