Thanks for the follow-up and the screenshots. The reason you cannot access AI Denoise is that it only works with certain file formats. Based on your note, you are editing JPG files, which is why the option is disabled.

Supported formats for AI Denoise

Denoise is available only for:

• Bayer and X-Trans mosaic raw files.
• Linear DNGs (including HDR and pano DNG images previously created inside Lightroom and Camera Raw)
• Smart proxies (DNG proxies)
• Monochrome raw files (such as Leica M MONOCHROM)
• Canon sRAW/mRAW files
• Nikon small raw files
• Fujifilm (non-X-Trans Raw files)
• Sony ARQ
• Pentax Pixel Shift Resolution (PSR) files
• Foveon cameras
• Apple ProRaw DNGs
• Samsung Galaxy Expert Raw

Not supported: JPEG, PNG, TIFF, HEIC, or already exported images.

What you can do:
 • If you still have the original RAW files from your Sony A7III, import those instead of JPEGs. Denoise will then be available.
 • If you only have JPEGs, you can still apply manual noise reduction from the Detail panel (Luminance, Detail, Contrast, Color, Smoothness), but AI Denoise won't activate.

Please confirm whether you still have the original RAW (.ARW) files from your Sony A7III. If not, are you only working with JPEGs? That will determine whether AI Denoise is usable for your workflow.
