Reflection removal in PS failure

In latest LRC when exporting Raw files to PS as normal or as Smart object new Reflection removal does not work in PS. (OM sys ORF)

Yet if I open same ORF file direct to PS it opens in Camera Raw and the reflection removam works fine.
Is this generally known, a bug, or just me?

Advice/comment please

It works, but reflection removal requires editing raw data, so to make it work from Lightroom Classic use these exact steps:

1. With the raw image selected, choose Photo > Edit In > Open as Smart Object in Photoshop.

2. In Photoshop, double-click the raw smart object layer to open it in Camera Raw.

The double-click in Step 2 is a shortcut for the command Layer > Smart Objects > Edit Contents. You must use Edit Contents to open the raw smart object in the full Camera Raw processor. Do not use the command Filter > Camera Raw Filter, because the filter version of Camera Raw is not the full raw processor, so it does not offer any features that require raw, such as Denoise or reflection removal.
