If we can’t figure out how to give instructions to Adobe to reproduce this, they very likely won’t pay attention unless many people report the problem . (Unfortunately, two reports don’t count as “many”.)

The story is more complicated than appeared at first sight. I now tried exactly the same process on a different hardware (MacBook Pro M1) and neither LrC nor ACR remove those reflections. I do hope Adobe will look into this, or at least give an explanation as to why this happens.

Funny Camera Raw 18.3 (Best) worked for me. I tried LrC both with and without GPU

Hmm, neither my LR (15.3) nor PS / Camera Raw (18.3) removed the reflections from that raw. In Photoshop, please do the menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the results here. Then repeat for LR.  That might give some insight in the difference in behavior we’re observing.

The forum converted your JPEG to Webp, and LR did a good job of removing the reflections.

Given that Camera Raw removes the reflections from the original raw but LR does not, that definitely indicates what Adobe would consider a “bug” (not working as designed), rather than an imperfection in an AI algorithm (which every application of AI has). (LR uses the Camera Raw engine.)

Adobe won’t consider it a bug unless they can reproduce it. So upload the raw to Wetransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or similar free service and post the sharing link here.
