Reject multiple photos doesn't work on a 2 screens setup with one full screen and one grid

Hi Lightroom experts

I use a setup with 2 screens, one is set to grid mode and the other one in single view. during my calling plrocess, if I set thes single view screen in Full screen mode (Shortcut F), select multiple photos on the second screen an click on X to reject the selected photos, only the first one is rejected.

If I do the same with the main screen set to single photo view (not full screen), "X" will reject all the selected photos.

I was expecting the same behavior in both configuration, ie rejecting all the selected photos

Do you have all the same behaviour?

Can we expect to get it modified in future releases?

Thanks all

"in the metadata panel you must have checked the 'Selected Photos' option, not 'Target Photo'."

That isn't necessary -- that toggle doesn't affect the Reject command.

There are three methods for rejecting multiple photos:

1. Place Grid view on the main screen.

2. Right-click one of the selected photos and do Set Flag > Rejected. (Invoking the main menu command Photo > Set Flag > Rejected won't work.)

3.  Enable the menu item Metadata > Auto Sync when multiple photos are selected. (It also appears in the lower-left corner.)

LR's handling of multiple selected photos is very confusing and inconsistent, and not even experts can remember fall the rules:

You do not say which screen is in full screen mode and which is in grid mode, but this sounds like expected behavior. Your main screen must be in grid mode to reject multiple photos, not your secondary screen. And in the metadata panel you must have checked the 'Selected Photos' option, not 'Target Photo'.
