Removal tool "Feature Not Available in your region at this time

Hello. Why can't I use the AI Remover feature in Lightroom Classic? I get an error message saying "Unfortunately, this feature is not available in your region at this time". (I'm in Germany). There is no such problem in Photoshop and the function works, but I need it specifically in Lightroom Classic. Please help me.

    There is no reason why you would get that in Germany. I’m in Netherlands and it works fine here. Are you perhaps using a VPN that makes Lightroom think you are in another (restricted) location?
