Question

Removing persons in RAW files

I used the LRC feature to remove person quite often. But when I try to remove one in a raw-file, I get an error. The persons are identified. Within masking LRC doesn't find the persons in raw-files.
Do I need to export as a JPG first to use these features?

You should be able to do this on RAW originals using LrC 14.4. I have done so.

Please tell us the exact unedited word-for-word error message you are getting.

Please also tell us your hardware configuration ... go to Help->System Info and copy the information there (we don't need and don't want and absolutely hate the information after the plugin information) as text and paste it into your reply.

"we don't need and don't want and absolutely hate the information after the plugin information"

Unfortunately, that information is helpful too -- it lists the PCI adapters, indicating additional GPUs that are installed. So it's best just to include the entire output from Help > System Info.

It is indeed useful, but in this case I would advocate to attach a text file, and not post this as part of the message. I really hate threads where a few people have added their system info to the message and I have to scroll through all that to get to see the next message.
