Rename dialog wont close

Every time i open lightroom, I get pinged with this dialogue box. 

If I do anything, open or close, or attempt to rename it keeps popping up and I can't get around it. 

 

My only option is to force quit. 

 

Please help as I cant use lightroom. 

 

1+2: Lightroom Classic version 12.5 on PC. 

 3. It happens once I open my Lightroom
4. Nothing happens it just reopens the pop up with no ability to change anything

    One angle on this is that the keyboard shortcut for Rename is the F2 function key. So if Rename keeps popping up by itself, go through and make sure F2 is not a stuck key, is not getting accidentally pressed, and is not being invoked by some kind of system-wide process (such as macro or shortcut software) that might be running in the background.
