Renaming batch files takes longer than previous version

How come Adobe makes such an update. Yesterday i delayed my job photographing a marathon because my Macbook Pro M2 14 toke almost 1 hour to rename 40.000 images in jpg. Same thing on my Ryzen 7900x with RTX 4060

Well today I tested in version 12.5 and the same task toke only 2 minutes.

While they still dont fix this I won't update... Can I have a disccount from Adobe as the new version is USELESS for people that work with a LOT of images and need it fast.
