Renaming in Lightroom is taking minutes

Hi everybody!

Im using LR CC in the current version on Windows 10 - catalogue on SSD.

My problem is, that the renaming of pictures (on 2nd HDD) in LR ist taking minutes in the last months...

For example: 400 pictures = ~8 minutes

I even can follow the step-by-step renaming in the Windows-Explorer (if I want that)

By the way: the renaming in Bridge is running as fast as usual (and as LR did before...)

I also tried to stop Antivir, Dropbox and other services... doesn´t helped

Does anybody have an idea?
