Can I kindly ask the community, is anyone else having issues where tech support are arranging appointment windows only to not have then get in touch?
We have a long standing issue and are making arrangements to be called by a manager to never get said call. The issue is costing us a lot of money and worse than that it's affecting our reputation as lightroom is not exprting images as they appear in the develop module, and we're not talking a slight difference, this is to unacceptable levels (not something you would deliver to a client).
I'm just curious if the being lied to approach is widespread?
