Hi all. I ask you to tell you why I cannot use a compatible graphics processor in the Lightroom Classic?
My computer settings:
Win7 64bit
RAM 16GB
AMD Ryzen5 1600 Six 3,2GHz Processor
Radeon RX 590 Series Graphics Card 8192Mb
The latest drivers are installed, but still the graphics processor is not active.

LR Classic no longer supports video playback on Windows 7 but should otherwise operate normally:

https://blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/2020/01/changes-to-video-playback-support-for-lightroom-classic.html

This help article was published on 5/21/20 and explicitly references LR GPU support on Windows 7:

https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/lightroom-gpu-faq.html

According to that article, LR only supports the option Use GPU For Display but not Use GPU For Image Processing on Windows 7.

Could be Win 7 and the driver for your video card.

Win 7 is no longer supported.

That page was last update on October 14, 2019.

I know there was a notice about Win7 support ending in parts of LrC.
