Returned .tif from Topaz Sharpen and sometimes Topaz DeNoise not refreshing original .tif

When sending tifs to Topaz, the returned tid is not refreshing the original in Lightroom CC 11.5.

I have to restart Lightroom to see the refreshed tif.

Anyone else seeing that
