(Right-Click) Context menues take a minute to pop up

Here is the log.    Also, I unchecked a lot of my sync folders.  I currently have a queue of 40,000 images I need to edit (its the end of wedding season, I have post concussion, edits are slow this year, please don't jusge).

 

I have only checked the next 3 sets of photos I want to work on, so that the sync library is smaller, this is stilll chugging. I hope it helps.    

 

I'm now also having issues importing issues.....

and Converting to DNG takes DAYS. (Not exadurating. Tried to upload a card with about 6000 shots on it and it stayed on converting to DNG for about 17 hours and wasn't nearly finished when I stopped the process).
