Rush Export

Hello, I am allready paying for the Lightroom and I have to many options to instal and use other apps without paying for them. I used for example the Bridge and I did not have any problem exporting images, but when I want to export a video in Premiere Rush, the program says I have to pay for it. Is it because I have used premium functios?  Why is? Am I going to lost all the work I did? Thank you. Need an answer soon.

Premiere Rush is not included in any  "Lightroom" Plan.

I do not know if the 'free' Premiere Rush app is available on a PC. Another person may know.

Adobe Bridge is 'free' for anyone with an Adobe account (for free).
