Saved Edits as Presets Not showing in list???

Hello!

So i recently got a new PC, and i decided to just make all new presets. However after I edited a new photo and tried to save it as a preset, I hit the usual + button and selected the settings I wanted it to save, named it, and tried to create a new section for it and it just didn't show up in the list anywhere. So i tried again, and just put it under one of the default folders "color" and it still didn't show up in there.

Any suggestions?
