Saving Enlarged (via Magnifying Glass Enlarger)

I find that when I clcik the magnifying glass over a picture, the enlarged picture has elements that make a great shot on their own.  Question:  how can I/do I save the enlarged pic or the edited pic in that enlarged size for printing/display.  Not using on the web.  Thanks!
