Second Monitor Develop Display Glitch

Not sure why, but since I've been switching between different monitors via hdmi. Reverted back to a smaller screen because LR classic kept crashing on my 65 inch screen. 

Problem is now when I have second monitor activated on the external screen. I can zoom 1:1 in Library but not in Develop. It just shows partial of the image... anyone ever had this problem?
