when i have a monthly contract, they ask me to fill a series number? where do i find this?

Did you install the Creative Cloud app, log in and install Lightroom Classic from that app? You should not get a serial number question, so it sounds like maybe you are installing a very old version. Post a screenshot if you still get this problem.
