The latest version of Lightroom Classsic 13.3.1 running on a PC does not play nice when there are internet connectivity issues.
Its great to see that Adobe is making some long needed improvements to the cloud connectivity of Lightroom Classic (at least so say the release notes). My observation, however, is when connectivity is bad, Lightroom Classic is not responding well, going into deep loops that take lots of CPU and ultimatly, requires a reboot to fix. This should not be the case - if I am offline, Lightroom Classic needs to recogize that and get on with business.
