Setting up to print from Roll paper in Lightroom

@ !Hi, I set up a template in the print module sized 330mm x 1000mm to make 4 print image. I have an Epson R1800 printer with A3+ roll paper attached. In the print module the image shows in landscape format. The printer software doesn't recognise that I'm using roll paper and I get this message:

"The Paper Source selected in the printer driver is not appropriate for the paper that is loaded in the printer.

To print using the selected source, first remove the roll paper."

My page setup shows the epson and the paper size as 1000 x 330 as per the template created.

What is going wrong here please?
