SFTP in Chrome and Internet Explorer

Can someone advice me what to do? Before i used to see the SFTP option when i want to upload content (i am contributor) but for the last 2-3 months not sure how long i cant see the option to upload using SFTP. Contacted Adobe Customer service 10 people were transfering me one to another without answer and one even said Adobe dosnt have SFTP option....Anyway. I did clear cache browsing history cookie and yet dosnt show me the SFTP option. Is the problem in my Chrome browser or something as i use it as main default browser or the problem is in Adobe?
