Shared collection URLs

Is there a way I can extract a list from LrC or from my lightroom.adobe.com showing the names of each my shared collections (created in LrC) together with their public urls - for all my shared collections. Has anyone found a way to do this?

I am using MacOS for my LrC work but this is a generic OS question.
