sharing video for comments

Hi, can anyone tell me if you can share a video for comments in LRcc desk top or LR mobile?
I know you can, but if the receiver has no Adobe account I checked, he can see the video but place no comments? What is the solution, I cannot force my customer tot take an account by Adobe just to check my video...
