Sign in endless loop and LR classic CC

Hello.

I have a problem with LR classic CC and my account.

When opening LR today, adobe asked me repeatedly to sign in with my account. After several attemps, I still couldn't access to LR.

I have tried this : Adobe Creative Cloud signs you out or asks you to sign in repeatedly

But it didn't worked.

I discovered than my only way to access LR was to "start a trial". Now, I have no problem to acess LR but I'm stuck with a trial version, which of courses expires in 7 days, despite the fact that I pay for it with my subscription.

Any idea? Thanks !

Open the CC DTA and Sign out from there. Restart your system, Open the CC DTA, sign back in and test.

Go to the main Adobe website and click Manage Account then the Manage Plan link and check the status of your account.

Thanks for you reply. But it's still the same. On the Adobe website --> manage account --> manage plan link everything seems fine. It confirms that I have subscribed to the creative cloud with LR CC, LR Classic and Photoshop. My last payment in february has been paid,

Have you looked at that other link on the page you linked to?

The next option is to uninstall everything, except your catalog and images, then use the CC Cleaner tool and then reinstall.

Sounds like there might be a permissions problem with where LR or the CC DTA saves the license info.

    CC Cleaner tool.

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
