I tried to sign in, but nothing happened: no sign in window. Lightroom classic just began blinking constantly. In my task manager I saw Sign in utility which was using cpu constantly, but no window. I'm running latest Lightroom classic CC on Windows 10

Close both iterations of Lr and restart your computer.

Have NO other apps running when you go to

Adobe creative desktop apps | Adobe Creative Cloud

download and install >> if not already done.

If installed or once installed run this app and click on the avatar (upper right) and if signed in - - - sign out.

Sigh back in then click the 3-dot menu and Check for Updates.

Make sure you have ver 1.1 for Lr CC and version 7.1 for Lr Classic.
