Since the update to version 14.5.1. neithe the card modul nor the Synchronisation with the Lightroom Ökosystem is working

If "card" means - Develop module, then it is possible @Joachim Reichert may need to sign out and sign in to refresh the subscription, or check the subscription is active. And update the CC Desktop App if necessary.

Please provide more details related to the error you are getting. When you write that the card module is not working are you referring to the Library Module? Can you post a screen shot?
