Skin interface modification

Hello everybody,

 

On a social network post (see attached photo), I noticed that a lightroom classic user had managed to modify the interface of his application with transparent windows.
Do you know how to do this?

Not possible without hacking the program. My guess is that this is actually a interface concept somebody photoshopped together.

Building on @Jao vdL's reply, a google image search reveals that the author, Benj Villena, says he constructed that in Adobe Illustrator:

The LR plugin SDK in theory has the components needed to build a plugin that does that, though that corner of the SDK is very bug-ridden with lots of rough edges -- it would drive the developer up the wall trying to work around them all.  An application utility like Loupedeck or MIDI2LR could present these transparent panels.
