In lightroom CC you can cycle through the sliders in the basics panel by using the period and coma keys. Is there a way to do the same with the other panels, or can adobe implement this feature?

There's no exact equivalent of comma and period in the other panels.  However, you can click on the number to the right of a slider and then use Tab and Shift-Tab to move back and forth among the sliders; you can use the left- and right-arrow keys to move the slider. Unfortunately, that moves the slider in large increments, and none of the modifier keys (Alt/Op, Ctrl, Shift, Cmd) seem to change that.
