Slideshow playback and export to video disabled

I've been using Lightroom Classic for several years to create, view, and export slideshows on an Intel NUC running Windows 10. I had a hard drive failure and installed a new 1TB C: drive, and did a clean install of Windows 11, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Lightroom, Photoshop, etc. Photos and videos are on a separate drive. Lightroom library module operates normally but develop module is sluggish. When I go to the Slideshow module I get a Lightroom error message that playback and export to video have been disabled because the video card or driver are not supported. The new C: drive is the only hardware change I made; Lightroom previously functioned properly with current processor and its integrated GPU.

I've updated drivers. In preferences/performance, the GPU processor is on Auto. I tried turning it off, and I tried custom with boxes checked to turn it on. Based on GPU specs it looks like it should still be supported.
