Slow and laggy

Hi, I updated my Lightroom classic to version 7.3 on Thursday. Ever since I've noticed the program is being really slow and laggy. I am getting a 3-4 second delay between each action I do to a photo and it's starting to become very frustrating. Can someone help me please as I just did a photoshoot and have 50-60 photos to edit.

You can re-install Lightroom 7.2 from the Adobe Creative Cloud Application. On the Lightroom row, to the right of the word Open, is a down arrow which when clicked lets you install previous versions of Lightroom.

Yeah I tried to disable “use graphics processor“ and I’m still getting ridiculous delays. Is there anyway to roll back to 7.2 version as it worked perfectly fine for me and there was no slowness. This issue is getting extremely frustrating

I have to agree, i just updated tonight and the slowing is beyond unbearable. This was never a problem before. I have a lot of work to get done so is there anyway to roll back the update?

Hi michaelmichetti,

Sorry that you're experiencing slow performance working with Lightroom since the 7.3 update.

Could you please uncheck the "use graphics processor" option under Preferences> Performance menu in Lightroom and let us know if that helps improving the performance?

Lightroom is now really slow! What has happened in this update? The slowness of Lightroom is driving me nuts! I've tried disabling Graphics but sometimes it now takes 5 seconds to see changes as I edit? I have the fastest MBP available.
