Slow moving to next image

Help!

My lightroom is running soo slow. I've tried every tip to speed up lightroom that I could find, but nothing helps. It takes long time to switch from one photo to another, when I do anything in develop module its a delay. It freeze and lag a lot, my workflow is horrible right now. I started to work with the HDR-merge recently and I feel like it's been problematic since then. I delete HDR-dng files continously since they're heavy files. I need a new computer asap, I can't work like this. But does anyone know a quick fix for this?
