Slow operation

Do not remember when it all started (maybe few weeks ago when I loaded the previous update), but continues in 12.0.1.
(Win 11)

I have a pretty powerful computer (i9-9900K CPU with 64GB of RAM), so I do not understand what is happening. I tried resetting my preferences and starting with a clean catalog with the same results.
