Slow response moving from photo to photo

Question

I have moved to a new machine (Windows 11) and am experiencing slow performance issues with LR. I am running the latest version. I have all of my LR settings identical to what I had on my other machine (Windows 10) and optimize the catalog regularly. The performance is great except when moving from photo to photo or when trying to run the slideshow. Please see attached.

Are you mjoving between images in Develop by any chance? That is know to be very slow in latest versions in windows and might be a bug. Best to move in Library and go in and out of Develop only when you need it.
