Smart collection dependent on virtual copies

The situation is as follows: when I publish a photo for each method, I create a virtual copy with different names. For example, for Instagram- "IG", and for Viewbag - "VB". All photos for publication (copies) have a purple color label. The TIFF itself is always blue and has the name of the "END" copy. And then there was a need to create a collection of "NOT PUBLISHED IG" with a photo (END), which does not have a virtual copy of "IG"... Long tried, but never found a way. Maybe I'm missing something. Is there such a possibility? or any way other than manual marking? It is desirable, of course, that it was a smart collection...
