Smugmug plug-in folder isse

For some reason, all of the galleries and photos in the Smugmug plug-in folder disappeared and the folder has a question mark on it. I'm using a Mac and backup with Time Machine, so I may be able to restore whatever is missing, but I'm not sure what to look for.
