So many things aren't working!!!

I have been having trouble with LRClassicfor days now!!  I am at a total loss.

I have run my updates.  I have had someone from support log in to my computer and say "All looks good on my end" and suggested that I update my OS system.  Do I did that.  Still nothing!!  When I use my arrow keys, the preview image and the bar below with images will move but the main image, doe not.  If I click the crop tool, the main editing area just goes grey.  Then when I click another image....it freezes.  I am at a total loss to even tell WHAT the problem is!  I have restarted 100 times.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled.  HELP!!!!!!!!!!

    Have you tried unchecking the GPU support on the performance tab in the Lightroom preferences for comparison?
