Softproof using 2nd monitor

Hi,

 

I would like to show the softprof of my image on the 2nd monitor. 

While I can see the photo on the 2nd monitor, the color profile does not have any effect.
Softproof works fine when using the first monitor, or when I move the main app to the 2nd monitor. 

 

Is there anything I miss?

The Secondary Display window is less capable in many ways. It is not supported for soft-proofing, graphics acceleration, the new HDR editing workflow, and probably more. In this way, it’s a lot like Loupe, Full Screen Preview, and other non-Develop previews.

 

The Develop module preview is the only preview in Lightroom Classic that supports all capabilities.

You are not missing anything. Soft proof is an option in the Develop module. The secondary screen is a limited version of the Library module, so you can't see a soft proof on that screen.
