Some brush filters missing

I recently added a few new brush filters to lightroom cc. I added them to the local adjustment folder and restarted my lightroom/computer but it's still not showing up. Any ideas?

Most likely these are not all local adjustment presets. The ones that do not show are (old version) develop presets. A name like "EJP Blue Sky" does not really sound like a brush preset, but like a develop preset.
