Some Of The Buttons On The Module Panel Is Not Functioning

I just updated my Imac to version 10.11.6 and having problem using some of the buttons on the develop module.

The soften skin and the iris enhane buttons are not functioning anymore. 

Pls help.

    Soften skin and Iris Enhance buttons? Which version of Lightroom has those? Or do you mean presets?

    Hi there,

     

    That shouldn't be happening as some of the buttons in the Lightroom Develop module are not working as expected. Sorry to hear about this. Let us make it right.

     

    Which version of Lightroom Classic are you using? To verify the version you're using : Choose Help > System Info.

     

    Does the issue occurs only while working on a specific image or collections? Could you please explain your workflow in some more detail?
