"Something went wrong" Message with masking after latest update.

Having used LrC on my Surface pro X without any issues, I now receive the message "Something went wrong - there was an unexpected error and your request could not be completed." I unistalled the app and reinstalled it. The masking tool worked on one photo and now I'm presented with the error message each time. 

 

A prior discussion on this issue states updating driver. I'm having difficulty finding my exact driver update as it is a Microsoft SQ1 Adreno 685 GPU. 

 

In the meantime, can someone provide me with more troubleshooting options?

Do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running.

Update:

With the help of Microsoft, I updated by graphics driver. This did not resolve the issue.
