Sono stati rilevati dei problemi da Lightroom durante la lettura di questa foto.

Non capisco, ho importato le foto come al solito ma dopo averle modificate tornando in gallerie mi compare un punto esclamativo nero. Il messaggio riporta che sono stati rilevati dei problemi da Lightroom durante la lettura di questa foto. Non sarà possibile effettuare regolazioni sulla foto. Ma la foto inizialmente era modificabile. Ho rimosso la foto dal catalogo e importata di nuovo. Funziona ma poi tornando in galleria stesso problema. Anche altre foto hanno lo stesso problema. E’ la prima volta che mi capita in tanti anni.

    What version NUMBER of Lightroom or Lightroom Classic are you using? We need to know the version NUMBEJR of your Lightroom Classic and not words like “latest” or “up-to-date”.


    After you get the black exclamation point icon, can you edit the photo anyway?​​​​​​

     

    This was a bug in LrC a few versions ago where the black exclamation point appeared when files were not corrupt. Adobe claims to have fixed it and we haven’t seen reports of it coming back, (except when files actually are corrupt) so we need to know the version NUMBER of your software.

    Hey, ​@marcov73879316.Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. Please share the system info from Lightroom Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload & attach here.

     

    Does this happen when you import images from a specific location? Is the catalog stored on an internal or external drive? 

    As a quick test, create a new catalog (File menu > Create New Catalog) placed in the Internal drive & import 30-40 images, and check how it goes.

    I tried the new catalog, but I immediately had the same problem. I deleted the XMP file, removed the photo from the catalog, and synced the folder, and the problem seems to have disappeared. I hope this helps you understand the issue. For me, the most important thing was to ensure the photos weren't corrupted during editing, especially because this seemed impossible – LR never edits the original raw file.

    Dopo aver importato le foto ed editato alcune di queste tornando nella galleria mi compare un punto esclamativo nero. Il messaggio riporta : “Sono stati rilevati dei problemi da Lightroom durante la lettura di questa foto. Non sarà possibile effettuare regolazioni sulla foto.”.

    Ho cancellato la foto dalla libreria e re importata. Ho editato la foto ma poi tornardo in galleria stesso problema. 

    Il problema si è presentato anche su altre foto.

    Ora ho chiuso Lightroom perché ho paura che si corrompa l’archivio.

    Cosa posso fare?

    E’ la prima volta in tanti anni che si verifica un problema di questo tipo.

    The black exclamation point indicates that the photo has become corrupted and cannot be used in LrC (or other program). Photo files become corrupted because of a hardware malfunction somewhere. If as you say, it becomes corrupted after you edited it, this could be a hard disk malfunction causing the corruption or it could be a bad memory chip in your computer causing it. If the photo is on an external disk, it could also be that the connection of the external disk to the computer is bad.

     

    You need to run diagnostic testing software on these parts of your computer to identify the actual problem.

    This may work at times, but please know that you have some hardware that is malfunctioning intermittently, and the black exclamation points will return. As I said above, you will need to diagnose the problem using diagnostic testing software.
