Sony A1 incorrect sensor calibration

Question

The sensor calibration for the A1 appears incorrect

In the exposure paramenter there is a correction of 0.15 in the field of baseline exposure however if you shoot a grey exposure card you end up with value of around 38% IRE

An increase of 0.36 brings this value to 43%.

Can this be corrected?

We've shipped A1 support for a long time, so making any changes now in the underlying base exposure adjustment would break rendering compatibility for all existing A1 users' images in Lightroom.

If you prefer to start with a darker image, you can customize your Raw Defaults with an Exposure value of -0.15 (or whatever).
