Sony A7R IV ARW files still not importing into Lightroom 10.2?

I have been using lightroom with my Nikon Camera and everything has been working great. Yesterday I upgraded to the Sony A7RIV and had a photoshoot yesterday. Today when I went to upload the photos it says they're not supported. Any help?

Similar problem here : I have the latest Sony A7RIV (ILCE-7rm4a). When I apply the "Camera Portrait" profile on the desktop (Adobe Photoshop Lightroom, Version 5.4, Version 20220607-0605-ab0d72), this woerks just fine. But when I try to edit the phot on my iPhone (Lightrom 7.4.2) an error message is displayed saying that the profile is missing and a default profile is applied. Why are the desktop and mobile profiles consistently updated?

I'm having the same trouble. Mine says The file could not be found. I have Mac OS Big Sur.
